What we collect

When you submit the project brief on Start a Project, we collect what you enter into the form — your name, email, phone number (if provided), and the details of what's breaking. Nothing is collected automatically beyond what a standard web server logs (IP address, browser type) for basic security and abuse prevention.

Where it goes

Your submission is delivered directly to our inbox by email. We don't store submissions in a separate database, we don't run it through a CRM, and we don't add you to any mailing list. It's a message, not a lead record.

Retention

We keep project briefs in our email as long as is reasonably useful for the working relationship — typically the life of the engagement plus a short period afterward for reference. If you want your submission deleted sooner, see below.

Analytics

This site does not run third-party advertising trackers. If we add privacy-respecting page-count analytics in the future, this section will be updated to say so specifically.

Requesting deletion

Email info@fl1ght5.net and ask us to delete your information. We'll confirm once it's done.
