Problem
Document generation, construction drawings, and core business systems were running as disconnected manual processes — markups and measurements done on paper printouts, records scattered across systems with no shared data, and no real-time way to keep office and field teams in sync.
What we built
A connected suite of internal systems: a mailmerge application for fast, templated document generation; a document management system with a built-in PDF reader supporting markups and precise measurement directly on onsite construction drawings, synced in real time between office and field; ERP/CRM setup, integration, and workflow automation; and custom app implementations, API integrations, and data extraction/migration between systems.
Outcome
Office and field teams working from the same live data — accurate on-site markups and measurements, automated business workflows through ERP/CRM, and systems that talk to each other instead of living in silos.
