Actual work — anything we build, secure, or manage for you — is governed by the written plan we send after your project brief, not by this page. That plan sets out scope, cost, and what "done" looks like. If there's ever a conflict between this page and a signed plan, the plan governs.

Ownership

Per our own operating rules: documentation, credentials, and admin access for anything we build stay with you. You own what we build for you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
